7.8Verified guest“Excellent location on one of the main streets. Termini station is around a 20-minute walk with suitcases. The hotel has 10 rooms on the fourth floor of a residential building; you ring at the entrance and are let in. The entrance is clean, with a lovely old-fashioned lift that needs three doors closed, which adds charm. Our room overlooked the Cathedral of San Paolo, and every morning at 9 am its bell tower rang out. The room was not small, normal for two people, with ceilings of at least 4 metres, so plenty of volume. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was an electric kettle, which you do not always get in a 3-star. Staff were attentive — always helping, explaining and drawing on a map of the city. I cannot comment on breakfast because we did not take it. Yes, the bathroom was small and the shower cubicle was small, but for someone used to a Khrushchevka it should not be a problem.”
